At our property, we perform disinfection and sanitization once a week, disassemble and clean the air conditioner once a quarter, and carry out a 2-hour daily cleaning routine to keep the space clean. This is a private cottage built with red clay and cypress trees. There are many hidden spaces (attics) inside the house, so children especially like it. Dedicated parking lot for 3 cars. Tant installation is also available. There is a charcoal grill on the outdoor terrace with tables and chairs, and there is an outdoor sunroom facility, so you can have a BBQ party without worrying about mosquitoes, flies, etc. There is a lake park walking trail right next to the house. The location is very good, 5 minutes by car from Nokchabat and 5 minutes by car from Yulpo Beach.
