The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof. Canadians are there and you can swim from the property. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.

Welcome to the charming house by the Dalälven river! The house is suitable for you who want to enjoy the tranquility but still have proximity to the city. The house is only 1200 meters from central Avesta, making it easy to get to restaurants and shopping on foot or by bike. It is also within walking distance to Gamla Byn, Avesta's oldest district. Here, you can walk along the river on the nice promenade and see buildings from the 1630s. The accommodation was newly renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.
