We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Fire Island Pines: Studio Cabin

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. Queen bed (sheets, blankets) Bathroom (shower/towels) Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, glasses) A/C (window unit) Fan Basic tv Internet Beach chairs/umbrellas, Outside shower The Pines is primarily a gay community, but welcoming to all. Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.
