Fran is extremely friendly. As Fran is a vegetarian, just be respectful when packing your baggage. I packed my protein powder in a carbonara sauce container without removing the label. This created some misunderstanding. So need to explain a bit. the only drawback for this bnb is... sound when walking across the flooring in the bedroom.

Lisa is very clear in her description that the private bedroom and private bathroom are on opposite sides of her kitchen. It’s a bit odd but it works fine. This was my second stay here. They are friendly, kind, and have their private quarters upstairs. It’s a great place for single travelers. The bus is just a block away and the T is maybe 3 blocks. Makes it easy to get around. I’ll happily stay here again in the future.

I don’t have enough words to describe my experience with this house. I had come to this place in middle of night as my original booking had some issues. They immediately make arrangements for me. They were very accommodating, cooperative and took care of all I need. Place is much more beautiful than pictures. I will definitely once again if visit Boston.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little long weekend getaway. It was my first time in Boston and his second or third, we had an amazing time. We were given clear and easy to follow check in and check out instructions. We especially appreciated the smoke-free home and other house rules to ensure a safe, friendly and comfortably fit for current and future guests. The space was clean and a short drive to downtown Boston. We had an amazing stay!
