Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Jakarta

We were blown away by the upgrades and improvements made to the unit since our last visit in October. Sigit's unit will be our home base each time we visit Indonesia, for sure ❣️

Amazing place to stay, very strategic location if you commute around south Jakarta area. Not too far away from MRT station. You can have a morning walk/run safely around the neighborhood. This is an old unit but very well maintained, very comfortable for the four of us. If you bring your car there are plenty of parking space, but make sure the host register your car to the building management before your arrival for free parking membership. Carlina is sometimes slow to respond, but at the end we sort things up well. Thank you Carlina!

Just exactly what I need, clean and spacious, and really close to the area where I need to do my business while leaving the children take care of themselves around the place.

Una estancia de un mes, todo muy bien. El piso da la sensación de espacioso, tiene buenas vistas al norte, y una ubicación buena, pues tiene la estación de trenes, línea Bogor, justo debajo, y dos centro comerciales cerca. Cualquier duda o cosa era respondida rápidamente por la propietaria. El Internet era suficiente para poder teletrabajar y no tener problemas. Es la primera vez que me hospedó en este alojamiento, pero la segunda vez que escojo Wood Residence Park.

I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Asma’s place was as described and Asma herself was very helpful prior, throughout, and after the stay. Looking forward to stay at her place again!

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

among the places i stayed in Jakarta this one has the most complete kitchen and bathroom, washer, utensils, rice cooker, proper stove and modern look & feel. it is an amazing place. there are roaches (it is Indonesia and hard to avoid in this climate in the buildings). yet one problem is since it is in the 23rd floor (and has a great view btw), it also get lots of call to prayer noise very early in the morning. be careful if you are a light sleeper and do not have earplugs. otherwise it is a great place to stay. thank you Nando

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.

2e fois que je viens à Taman Anggrek et pour un long séjour (1 mois à peu près). Yonas s’est toujours montré très réactif et à l’écoute si j’avais la moindre demande concernant l’appartement ou renseignement. La Résidence est à proximité de nombreux Malls, les installations sont impeccables et nombreuses. Il y a une bonne wifi dans l’appartement donc pour ceux qui travailleraient en ligne comme moi c’est parfait. Je repasserai sûrement ici à mon prochain séjour sur Jakarta

unit milik Elina sesuai gambar. luas, bersih, modern dan dekat dengan mal. sangat affordable untuk kondisi seperti itu. sayangnya tidak ada keset untuk kamar mandi. Dan instruksi untuk masuk ke unit kurang jelas, krn tdk diberitahu di awal harus parkir dekat towet mana. tapi sekali lagi, unit ini sangat besar dengan lingkungan yang privat dan fasilitasnya lengkap sekali. kalau ada kesempatan lagi, akan menyewa unit Elina lagi.
