I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Apt simples, despretensioso, amplo, e ventilado, com vista para o mar da Baía de Todos os Santos e para as árvores do Corredor da Vitória. 1 suíte c/ banheira + 2 quartos com ar-condicionado. Há ainda 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo. Fica a 15 min a pé até a praia do Porto da Barra e ao Campo Grande e 20 min até o Farol da Barra. Tem rede na sala, cozinha com o básico, máquina de lavar roupa e vaga na garagem. O apto é simples e aos poucos estamos melhorando para poder receber melhor nossos convidados!

The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

And there are those who say that there is no beauty in simplicity. The house resembles grandma's house, very cozy, and the location is pretty cool. The boy who takes care of it super sympathetic, explained everything, left the house all tidy. Peace and tranquility is the perfect description. The beach is close by, and the best time is the afternoon. In the morning you can go to other beaches like Salinas that is very close. The city itself is very small then but it contains everything. The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. In the most note 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

It was all as expected, cozy, very pleasant place, welcoming host and very responsible for the stay, attentive and resolved it was necessary promptly. The place is very pleasant for those who like to sit and the beach is beautiful, only it can not waver with full tide, as on most beaches facing the open sea. The house had everything we needed, everything working, and with quality, we just suffered a little the heat of the summer, because we had no air conditioning at the moment, but we met with fans.

It was a wonderful experience, albeit brief. In addition to the excellent location — we were only 3 minutes from the event we were going to — the loft is modern and cozy, with a privileged view of Todos os Santos Bay. The decor, furniture and bedding are very tasteful and of high quality. The ease of check-in and check-out was also a great advantage.

What to say about my stay here: The best! Marianna was extremely helpful in communicating and was always present if we needed assistance with anything. Her place was immaculate and is exactly as photographed; it was my best experience yet. If I were to ever visit Salvador again, this is where I'll be staying. Tip: The view is to die for; the sound of the waves every day was so soothing; Easily my favourite place ever.
