Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Enjoy the view of cow pastures and watch cows, rabbits or pheasants. The Watterlebnis Sehestedt is right behind the dike. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
