The bedroom and bathroom are completely private and independent from the rest of the house. Our house is located approximately 300 meters from the city lake. We are very close to the center, and other tourist attractions of the city. We have a large dog that does not have access to the guest house!! But it has access to the garage

The property has century-old buildings such as the headquarters that was built in 1875. The Chalet is next to two yards, a tulha, a dam and several water mines. It is close to the cities of Espírito Santo do Pinhal, Andradas and Jacutinga. The region has tourist attractions such as the Christ, gliding, trails and waterfalls and others.
