Vacation rentals in Jacksonville

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was the best stocked and the best for entertaining of all the places I've stayed. We in town for a competition. My son wanted us to rent this house because it looked like it would be a great option for hosting his teammates and friends while we were in Alabama. He was so right! We had visitors stop by four of the five nights we were there, including one night where we hosted the entire team. (Note: I asked and received permission for the 10+ families to have dinner there and volunteered that we wouldn't be drinking alcohol.) Every single parent gushed over the facilities. The kids had a blast. We used the grill, the pool, the fire pit, the kitchen and the various seating areas. It was such a fun night! Also, I really appreciated that the hosts trusted that their guests will treat their property well. Everything in the bathroom and kitchen were so well stocked.

Sandra and Lynn were very friendly and responsive to messages. The place was very clean and welcoming. They recommended a couple restaurants and we picked the Mountain Park Grill. The food was awesome and the portions were huge! We brought our pets with us and it was pet friendly as well. We hope it is available the next time we are traveling through because it was such a great experience!!

The house and surrounding land was great for our needs. The dogs and I loved the walking trails. Home was nice and clean. Communication with Preston was very quick. I will definitely book again.

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

Best little weekend vacation I’ve had! Can’t wait to go again and again. It was so peaceful and quiet and the area was beautiful. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s perfect for children and I’m pretty sure my dog had the best time ever. If you have not been and you are thinking of renting any of the spaces at Nomads Land definitely do it!

We are repeat visitors because this place is so great. Kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook a few meals. Close to a great Mexican restaurant. Pam’s place is always pristine clean. We will be back.

Great place to stay, close to a lot essential locations, especially if you work at the Depot. Will look this place up whenever I'm in Anniston.

The rental was extremely clean, cozy, and well decorated. The property is peppered with trees, and it is well maintained. It gives a very rustic feeling, like you are staying in a fancy cabin. Amber was outstanding. When you rent her room, you also get a terrific trip advisor. We had a great time exploring the local waterfall and bird sanctuary based on her recommendations. She was always quick to respond to any inquires, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We would certainly want to visit again the next time we are in the area.
