Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

The master has a king bed and a private bath. There is an additional guest bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. The living area and second bath are also downstairs. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each. Smart TV in each bedroom with Wi-Fi. There are basic toiletries stocked in the bathrooms. We do not currently have a boat dock. We are only about .25 miles from Ebenezer launch. There is a spot to park your boat in the yard. Fully stocked kitchen/pellet grill outside

Anchors Away is situated approx. middle of the lake. Yes, we have Starlink/high speed Wi-Fi! It was renovated in 2022 and provides a side-by-side ref. with icemaker and wine glasses. Dish Satellite in every room. Fireplace, boardgames, and books for the family. Pier and carport have electrical outlet to charge your boat and outdoor lighting. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a hill with spectacular views of Caney Lake this rustic house is the perfect place for a getaway. Our property is located on the deeper end of the lake with lots of open water which is perfect for tubing and skiing during the warmer months and provides excellent fishing year-round. Hook's Marina is visible from our house and the beach area at the State Park is a short five-minute boat ride away.

Come visit Brown Boys Lakehouse on beautiful Caney Lake! Enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock or balcony deck. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home that will accommodate up to 12 people. It has a king sized bed, 2 full size bunk beds with pull out twin trundles, and a pull out couch with queen mattress. Enjoy the wifi and 85” tv in the den. Every room has its own TV. The dock has a slide and 2 boat lifts. The game room has foosball and arcade games.

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house on Caney Lake.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

Waterfront Escape on Caney Lake

Our home is on a beautiful deep quite cove close to open water on Caney Lake. Best known for bass fishing! When you arrive you'll realize it's also a great getaway!! We have a cozy beautiful home plus a rustic outdoor area. Most of you're time will be spent on the upper deck with views or by the fire pit downstairs. We have a pier with a covered boat slip and neighborhood boat ramp just around the corner. There's no roughing it here. We do allow pets $100 fee. Enjoy
