This guest house is a renovated 130-year-old house with an open space, where you can have fun with friends until morning, or use it for seminars, sports training camps, etc. Especially if you are a group, you can have fun in the 24-tatami mat room until morning. It's also fun to cook for yourself in the kitchen with a fireplace. From spring to fall, a BBQ, grill, charcoal, and net set can be provided for a fee. In the winter, we have hot pots. You can enjoy it just by bringing your own food and drinks. Spend a relaxing time with friends around the Irori fireplace. You can enjoy the Goemon bath, kamado, and old-fashioned slow life while feeling the season with the wind and sky patterns (there is a cassette stove, IH heater, and shower). You can also cook with a wood stove and BBQ outdoors. 　10 minutes by car from Izumo City Station. Izumo Taisha is 25 minutes away. There is also a hot spring nearby. The 20 tatami mat Japanese-style room is a private bedroom, and the kitchen and toilet are shared. There is a design office in the warehouse, and I work from 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays. You can also use the thatched cottage with a good view. 　There is also air conditioning, but in the summer, if you open the veranda and hang a mosquito net, the summer night breeze will invite you to sleep comfortably. From spring to autumn, you can hear the nostalgic sounds of frogs, cicadas, and bell crickets. 　If you are unfamiliar with charcoal or fire, I can help you if the timing is right. Firewood is free, but please bring your own BBQ charcoal if you use the sunken hearth. It is 1.6 km to the supermarket and 5 km to Izumo Station. It feels good to walk or jog along the Tanabe-michi Road and Kawato-te in the early morning. Please keep pets on the dirt floor. In July and August, please pick blueberries from the garden.

The garage is 3000 mm wide, 2400 mm high, and 5300 mm long (including 900 mm from the stopper to the wall), and can accommodate only one general car, but no camping cars or large trucks can be parked. Also, for the second car and beyond, please use the free parking lot at nearby Kumamura Beach. We want you to feel comfortable using it, so we generally ask you to check in and out unattended, and we will let you know the details after your reservation is confirmed.

The owner made it in a way that would be nice to stay in. The floor on the 2nd floor is made of cork. There is a tatami mat in the small raised area. The space itself is made for 2 adults and 3 small children. If you move the chairs and low tables, you can lay futons on the cork floor and accommodate up to 5 adults. There are 2 original semi-double size mattresses. In addition, considering SDGs and hygiene, consumable novelties such as cotton swabs and toothbrushes are not provided. Only toothbrushes are available. There is one parking space. You can use the 12th spot on the west side of the property. If you have more than one car, many people use the 100 yen parking lot across from the property.
