A tiny house within walking distance of all the beaches of Yusa.(Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot / 11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for people who like the sea, such as surfing and swimming! The property is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, so it is ideal for long-term stays or as a base for workation or Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove (gas), cookware, dishes, and simple seasonings. We also have a number of free rental items available for guests to use.Bicycles, kickboards, etc. are available for free, so please feel free to use them for strolls during your stay. If you'd like to use the BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, smoking is not allowed in the facility, so please smoke outside. Please check the house rules for smoking areas. Access is a 3-minute walk from Iritada bus stop, which is a 10-minute bus ride from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and about 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station.
