You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Squirrels sometimes cross the trees in the yard, and in the spring, you can see cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can enjoy BBQ on the terrace overlooking the sea. (rental of ¥5,000 inclusive of barbecue grill equipment rental and gas) The living room, which exceeds 100 m ², overlooks the sea and overlooks the seven islands of Izu on a good day.
