I really enjoyed my stay, Maria Teresa is an excellent Host and she resolved my requests effectively. It reminded me that there are good hosts on Airbnb that I otherwise had planned not to use. Very friendly and attentive.

I have no complaints, just to say that everything is very clean and it smells good from the moment you enter. Everything works fine. The water in the showers doesn't feel salty like most places on the beach. Everything is super accessible, relaxing to go with children. Highly recommended, we loved it. As seen in the photos .

We loved the house, it has everything for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is fully stocked, it has all the utensils you need, the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool is the perfect size and the jacuzzi, the water has a perfect temperature. Byron and Don Hector are super friendly and helpful. I loved it, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. I would go back many more times!

It is nut second visit to this house, we love the house and its amenities, the staff attention. The beach in the sector is not very nice but it is compensated by how well we had in the house. Thank you, we look forward to returning.

Fantastic stay! One of the best Airbnb experiences, starting with quick communication with Michelle before and during the stay. The villa has everything you need and is in excellent condition and is impeccable. Everything in the house is explained, so that the stay becomes very comfortable. Beautiful House to go with the family !! The perfect rooms with air conditioning and super fresh .. the beds quite comfortable … Doña Silvia very friendly… and Juan Diego very friendly ! 💯 recommended! We'll definitely be back with my family !

Everything was excellent, the only detail is that there was no one at check-in, they arrived after we had already checked in, and also no one at check-out!

The house is beautiful, a view of the ocean from the ranch and spectacular pool, comfortable rooms, air conditioning that works super well, the assistants are very friendly people and made us feel very cared for. The sunbeds facing the sea are wonderful! I recommend using them at night to see the stars! The social area of the house does not have air conditioning but in reality we were hardly in the area of the house since we used the ranch in front of the beach a lot so it was not a major inconvenience. Another thing to take into account is the pool floor, especially if you go with children, it is a bit slippery but with flip-flops nothing happens, just be careful that people wear them. We'll be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Iztapa, just steps from the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The property is spacious and well-kept, with lovely gardens, a pool, karaoke, and plenty of activities like fishing and boat rides. A big plus was the private beach shared only with nearby homes—perfect during Easter week. The staff was amazing—Mirza and Flori were so helpful with cooking and cleaning, and Josue, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (he even taught us to fish and had firewood ready for a bonfire!). The host was incredibly kind and attentive, staying in touch from the beginning and even visiting us during our stay. We highly recommend this place, we can’t wait to return!!

My family extremely enjoyed staying. The pool was very large and clean with very large area for my child to play. I was very impressed with the response from Carlos making the stay very comfortable. We hired Carlos recommendation for someone to help cook and clean. She was very helpful, detailed and cooked very delicious food. Was a great help to our family. We look forward to the possibility staying here again with our family.

It was an excellent stay, in a very private and quiet location, the pool was very beautiful, in front of the beach. The people in charge of taking care of the house were very attentive and helpful.

The house is fully equipped, everything you need to cook, spacious rooms, a clean and large pool. Jorge is an excellent host, he was responding to my messages. The beach definitely has to be reached on foot. The house is highly recommended.
