Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated by myself, located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and, above all, very quiet like the house. Ideal for intellectual profession.
