Poli is a sweetheart, always willing to help, give tips. And the house was very cozy in an extremely quiet place, it felt like we were in a ranch! Everything is tidy, with all the utensils you need and a giant and delicious bed! I recommend it! And we'll be back!

It was worth every penny! Usually people look for carrancas in the summer, we went in the winter and everything was just PERFECT! More empty, more intimate, and with many wonderful itineraries to do! The house is simply wonderful, rustic architecture, beautiful furniture and practical and functional kitchen! The room is very comfortable and the owner is also cute! We responded very promptly!

The cabin is wonderful. Very well cared for, very clean and all very new and tasteful. The look of the windows is beautiful. For staying in a rural area, you need to take some 700 meters of dirt road that was in good condition, with only one part that was a small part. Even though it is in a rural area, it is very close to the center of Carrancas. Moema and Caio were very willing to give us tips for everything we need. The outside area is very well cared for and beautiful....it has a path with many feet of lavender which is beautiful! We loved our stay. It's worth it and we'll be hosting again.

Nice, quiet and easily accessible place, close to the city center

The house is just wonderful! It is in a stunning location, with incredible views and lots of tranquility. The highlight is the deck on the dam, which is a true paradise – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. In addition, the housekeeper is an amazing person, super helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host is also very friendly. I highly recommend this experience, I will definitely be back!

The Chalet is wonderful and exactly as shown in the photos. The decor is beautiful, equipped kitchen, cozy space, comfortable bed, shower with hot water and a great outdoor area to have wine with the floor fire access (there was plenty of firewood available) and also with access to the river 500m from the Chalet itself. The cottage is in the countryside, about 15 minutes from the center, through a dirt road with some ups and downs, but we did it with a low vehicle and had no problems (we don't know how it is with rain). Because it is outside the center, it is very quiet and peaceful, but there is nothing nearby, markets, restaurants and pharmacy are only in the center. There is no phone signal in the Chalet, but the Wi-Fi is great and Vivo has good signal throughout the region, including much of the road.

New house, everything very well maintained. Great location. Every morning we received the illustrious visit of a neighborhood puppy who came to say good morning!!! When I return to Carrancas, I'll stay at Carla's house again.

Great experience! Clean, comfortable house, with all the necessary structure for a good stay. A nice warm shower for the cold climate of Minas. Perfect communication with Vitória and Marcelo. We'll be back soon!

The cottage corresponds to the description. It is well organized and contains essential items in the kitchen and bathroom that help a lot. The tutorial with tips for accessing the site and attractions is excellent. The place is quiet and very relaxing. The only suggestion is that the Municipality of Carrancas pass a grader on the road that leads to the Tira Prosa Complex and the Cachoeira site where the chalet is located. For those with a low car, it is very difficult.

The place is perfect. If you want a cozy cabin in the woods, this place is for you. And if you like adventure, get to the waterfall trail 30 steps from the front door and go down the river until you reach the "Poço do Pulo". It's the icing on the cake. Watch out the front gate, when unlocked it moves by itself and may hit you car.

The site is super quiet and pleasant, perfect for a good rest. Since it is a chalet in the middle of nature, it is important to program yourself and take everything you need for your food, including basic items such as water and some utensils. The bed and the shower are great, and everything is clean and organized. Cristiano is super attentive and will do anything for the best experience. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was great, cozy cottage, ideal for couples. Basic utensils in good condition, (except bed linen and bath towels are not available), everything working. Great shower, hot water in the kitchen, solar energy, TV with Net Flix, fireplace, balcony with a very nice view of the city, beautiful place of absolute peace and quiet. A little far from the city, (which for me is a positive thing and is not a problem if you have your own transportation.) but close to waterfalls and wells for very nice bathing. Route by land, with some obstacles and about 4 gates on the way. Check-in and check-out were easy... just a little bit of a hassle at the end 🥲🐝 🐝

Very nice cottage in the middle of nature. Very close to nature, great to rest. The waterfall is really close, the yard is full of birds, a delightful experience. The cottage has an equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, my husband, baby and I loved it

The place is beautiful, cozy, the sound of water to lull you into a pleasant stay. It was very clean, we had flexibility in checking in because we arrived a little earlier in the city. Ana was super helpful with the questions I had. The access road requires attention, something previously warned in the description of the place! Wonderful days of rest in the cottage!
