The apartment is very nice, beautiful, contains all the utensils necessary for cooking, ironing clothes, among others. It was very worth staying at this AP. The AP still has two bedrooms, then dividing it into cases of work travel and still maintaining privacy. The condominium environment is great and the employees are always attentive and polite. Surely you should choose this AP if you're staying in Sorocaba! Marcos responds very quickly and is very requested. I highly recommend. 10 stars easy...

I went to the city to take a course and it was my first Airbnb rental, I stayed very little time in the apartment, but my wife stayed the whole time and loved the condominium, what it provides and Fran's studio, which was very clean and organized when we arrived… She was very kind and attentive to answer questions, I have a course in January and I will stay there again, without even looking for another place 😅🙏🏽✅

I spent one night only in Ana Carolina's place! We met the expectation of being able to rest in a comfortable and quiet place! Everything is neat and clean. For sure when I return in the area, I will be staying again in her space.

Apartment all equipped with internet, tv, and full kitchen. We stayed 40 days in the apartment and served us very well. The condominium is very wide, with shops, manicure, hairdresser, marmita, fair on Friday and with a large walking area which pleased many of my pets. We didn't have a lot of noise problems despite being fit with several residents. Caroline has always been helpful in helping with what was needed.

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.

I spent a weekend with my family at the house, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos! The kitchen and laundry are super equipped, everything we needed was there, we didn't miss anything. The bed linen and towels were clean and did not smell musty. I highly recommend the stay, access to the condominium is also easy.

WONDERFUL PLACE !!! We had a wonderful weekend at Chácara Passos! From the moment we arrived, we felt the affection and attention in every detail. The welcome kit with the handwritten letter from the Passos family was a special touch that made us feel right at home. Ney, who is homely, attentive and helpful, made all the difference in our stay. The place is impeccable: clean, organized and perfect for relaxing and having fun. And that's exactly what my family did .... we had a great time! Without a doubt, we are already planning our next visit. Thank you for providing such special moments!

The stay was wonderful. The house is even better than the listing, extremely large. We were in six people and it accommodated us very well. It was the place I stayed that provided the most domestic utensils, we didn't miss anything. It was the perfect choice for New Year's Eve. In terms of cleanliness is impeccable, everything was very clean and smelly. The condominium is very quiet and safe, great for hiking without worry. As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.
