Home is exactly as it is in the description and photos. Dona Angela received us super well, super friendly and attentive! We started at the turn of the year, it was super quiet. We wanted a quiet place to relax and the place was perfect for it! Super I indicate the location!

We had a great stay, the house offers the rooms as described, the living room and the kitchen are very large and the pool is very close to those who are not using it, we went with three children and a baby who had a lot of fun. Just for the observation of those who go, there was no toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, it is necessary to take it, I had not attacked me, but there are markets near and within the condominium, nothing that interfered with the stay. The owners of the house were helpful and everything went very well.

My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. We want to come back more often. Thank you

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

The house is amazing, very beautiful, wide and with leisure options, from swimming pool, barbecue, to a small area with basket rim and a small area with a hammock for volleyball, futvolei or beach tennis. Everything was clean and organized. The condominium is large and has a headquarters with gym and sports courts, and it still has the part of the hype. I found it execellent!

Alugo houses near São Paulo many years ago, and this was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I had. The security, the large integrated internal and external space – which provide greater coexistence between people –, in addition to the excellent location, made all the difference. The market, approximately 400 meters from the house, was a great facilitator, contact with the host always ready to serve us. Simply Amazing! We plan to return soon. Congratulations!

Grandma Ita's farm is wonderful. In every detail, you can see the dedication of the owner and the homemade. The space, the structure, the furniture, the utensils – all in good quality and very well cared for. As you enter the house, you smell cleanliness. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are clean, smelling and neatly new. The home town is extremely friendly and helpful, always striving to make the stay even more perfect. She is very polite and discreet, being at her disposal without compromising her privacy. The owner was also very helpful. The gardening part of the farmyard is a show apart, a perfect place to rest your mind and reinvigorate yourself. I and my family love and are already programing to come back!

The stay was amazing, the house is exactly like in the pictures, everything was clean and organized, location of the excellent house, the heated pool is spectacular. Fabricio is very good people, super helpful and responded very quickly, gave us all the guidelines and made us very comfortable. We are very grateful and happy with our experience. First of all, I want to thank Luís for the stay, and for making his property available for me and my family to have days of tranquility, leisure and connection, in a wonderful space. The condominium is a paradise of tranquility, the residence is a cozy place that conveys that family energy of joy and good times with family. My family and I really liked the house and the place, the housewife Maria very nice when I needed to talk to her met me very well, the very beautiful house had all the household items we needed. We were in 11 people being 4 children and they loved the pool and the space, there is a mini football field that the boys liked, only a small detail is not surrounded with a net so it had to fetch the ball down there and sometimes the ball would be there and they would go to the pool and the next day they would take the ball and do everything again, if surround the little field will be a show, but this did not take away the brightness of the place because we liked the house very much. We intend to return when it gives because we spent the Carnival with wonderful days. I did not speak directly to Márcia because whenever I needed it was Margareth who responded very well. There is a Catholic Church for those interested in being Catholic, and I went to Mass on Carnival Sunday is very close I recommend this place.
