Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully fenced land, ideal for letting your pets run free. There are birds, squirrels, marmosets, fruits, and a natural vegetable garden. Lots of free area and a structured 7,000-liter swimming pool. Many spaces for conversation, hammocks and barbecue, fire pit. The house is simple and full of informal charm. There are two bedrooms, one en-suite, a large living room with 3 sofas, TV, fiber internet, Netflix and Amazon. We are on the Fruit Route, next to DODA TRAINING, a riding school.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home is located in the countryside approximately an hour from São Paulo, between Itatiba and Bragança Paulista. Nestled among the hills in the middle of a farm. The gated condominium is the perfect get away from the busy city. You will be staying in the modern brick chalet, pool & large yard. Upstairs: full gourmet kitchen & dining area with two bathrooms & one small bedroom. Downstairs: 2 private suites & living room with sofa bed & smart TV.

Large and complete farm for leisure and rest in the midst of nature. Ideal for families and groups. It has Wi-Fi, 3 suites + 1 bedroom, swimming pool, hot tub (without heating), kiosk, stove and wood oven, barbecue, fire pit, lounge and gourmet bar with beer tap and ice machine. Beach volleyball court, orchard, tree house, trampoline and garage for up to 7 cars. We have 3 dogs that stay in the kennel during the stay. Silence after 10 p.m. We do not provide bed and bath linens.

With a high-quality double bed, it accommodates up to two people. It has a workspace with a swivel chair and high-speed fiber optic internet. Guests do not share other spaces in the house, i.e., there is no access to the kitchen. Closed parking in front of the suite, with a separate entrance.

Hygiene items included (shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper). High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a desk for working and a garage. All new: mattress, pillow, bed linen, towels. We don't have a stove or kitchen sink, just a microwave and a refrigerator.

Two-story house, parking with space for 10 or more vehicles, children's and adult pool, grass soccer and volleyball field. Covered area with barbecue and pizza oven. It accommodates up to 20 people, 16 of whom have a full bed with sheets, pillows, a blanket and bath towels; the others need to bring bedding and bath towels. Hot and cold air-conditioning in the en-suite and bedrooms, ceiling fan. Please bring a ball.

The space accommodates 4 people and has parking for 2 cars. Come and enjoy the gourmet space, the heated pool and the volleyball court. Oh, and you can come with your pet! All this with the security of a gated community.
