Simple, cozy house. Well equipped. Tranquil. Wonderful landscape. In the back there is a clean river, with crystal clear water. Great for cooling down. Viviane is super helpful, attentive. Great place.

It was wonderful! We are a family of 3 and the cabin served us perfectly throughout the week. The cabin inside is a hoot! Full kitchen with various utensils, TV room with sofa and Amazon Prime, bedroom with a beautiful view of the stars at night (and fireflies), bathroom with towels and great showers too! The connection with nature is also surreal! There are some cows and small oxen that stay nearby, very tame! Sometimes they came close to receive affection. The view is beautiful! During the trip there was a small accident and we asked the host for a health center closer and they promptly helped us, very kind and good people! We also took the opportunity to get to know the natural beauty that was nearby! We saw two beautiful waterfalls! (Três Pinheiros and Cascata dos Vagalumes). And in addition, we also visited Arroio do Sal beach, about 30 minutes away. It was undoubtedly one of the best trips we've ever taken! We are very grateful for every detail.

Great stay in a paradisiac place. According to descriptions, there is not all the comfort of urban facilities, but for those who like preserved nature, clean rivers of crystal clear water, waterfalls and very green, it is an ideal place. It is necessary to be attentive to the care of insects and reptiles, look closely at the weather forecast due to access by wet passages, take groceries or be willing to travel a few kilometers for meals. Otherwise, just take advantage of the nature and quiet of the Forqueta Valley and its surroundings. ✌🏼

It was wonderful. During the stay we didn't see anyone else, the environment is by the river, but it still has a lot of privacy and the hosts are super discreet. Ideal for those looking for a place to stay quiet and peaceful, enjoying the riverfront and the fireplace, with nothing to disturb you. I loved it and would definitely come back more often. About the house itself, it is well sealed from the cold, the fireplace heats everything up, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is warm, the internet works well.

The space delivers what's in the listing, perfect for those looking to enjoy quiet days with easy access to a delicious river bath. Jay lives on the property which facilitates contact and eventual needs, is also extremely kind and caring. The place is very quiet, there are dogs on the property that are quiet, I went with my dog and made friends. Near the property there is local grocery and restaurant, which are simple but easy to access and with delicious and cheap meals. It would definitely recommend the stay and return to the site.

The place is amazing, nature embraces us and welcomes us in an indescribable way, the contact with the green, the rocks, the water (and what water) and all the magic and beauty of the Maquine region is surprising. As stated by Rose, "it is a very ancestral footprint" and that really brings us closer to ourselves, bringing a reality masked by the rush of daily life and ROUTINE. I can only thank Rose and everyone at Woods for the kindness and affection with which they received us, there was no lack of firewood even for a second in our fireplace hehehehe. We'll be back...
