Overall, it was a great day and it’s walkable. It’s not far from the subway. Its in a working class area but it was a wonderful Location still. I would say no matter where you are in Medellin be diligent. Be vigilant. Don’t have your phone out. Have an idea where you are going. Juan’s place is close to man places and also not far from the metro line. Take the metro blue to Estrella to get to poblano. The studio has two bathrooms which was litty!!! And it’s stylish and quant. I wish I could have stayed longer. The large window brings in so much lights The only issue is I wish that it was less nosy. Like if the building were built in such a way to reduce the noise. Medellín is loud. Lots of noise pollution. Traffic during the day is loud. You can hear the cars and trucks pressing their horns. Overall I would stay here again.

Ricardo was an excellent host—very prompt in responding to all of my inquiries and incredibly accommodating when my trip plans changed and I needed to extend my stay. The apartment is located in a quiet, walkable part of upscale Poblado, with Santafé Mall just about a 15-minute walk away. I appreciated the suggestions Ricardo provided for places to visit around Medellín, which added a nice local touch to the experience. As others have mentioned, the only real issue was the shower water, which fluctuated between very hot, warm, and cold. Addressing that would definitely bring this apartment closer to a solid 10/10. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who values comfort, solitude, and the charm of an upscale neighborhood with a bit of eclectic flair.

the hotel is nice clean and tidy is in a fabulous area because it has restaurants, supermarket, and everything very close. it was super clean and they offer to wash the clothes for free. they always answered quickly and help with what you need. keep in mind that they do not have service of supplies such as water bottles. the area is quiet but in general the city is full of homeless if you are not used to it can be very uncomfortable. I can't complain about the service they are attentive and in everything they will help you

An amazing loft

Santiago is always responsive and helpful when I have issues. I have used his other property in the same building and both spaces are clean. You are in a quiet neighborhood, and you are away from traffic. Great space to work remotely from. It has basic kitchen necessities for cooking, washer & dryer unit, large refrigerator, and a small desk to work in. You are in walking distance to local restaurants and cafes. Supermarket and Bancolombia are nearby. Only a 20 minute walk to the first and second parks of Laureles. Internet could be faster as I still had trouble with video meetings even though I had a wired connection. The only big con was paying for the A/C unit. Heat rises up since you are at the top floor, and can get hot during the warmer seasons. Not much air flow from the windows, but there is also a big fan to use.

The apartment is located in a very nice place with the cafeteria on the first floor for the purchases you need as a traveler. There are many restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The room was very nice and clean, it had the things I needed to cook and to work too. I liked that the owner was always attentive to any questions I had during my stay. This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

My stay at this apartment was wonderful. I got used to being there very quickly. Mr. Luis' treatment was wonderful. The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. I will really miss my stay in Medellin and the park that is in front of the building. (I went every morning to exercise) I 100% recommend Mr. Luis as a host, I will always be grateful for his attention and kindness. If you go to Medellin, it's the best place to stay.

Great place and location. Very responsive host and amazing view of Medellín. The area is very beautiful and even the staff of the building were extremely helpful and friendly. Another hidden gem was the store on the 4th floor that has everything from food and snacks and supplies. Even eggs for breakfast! Always greeted with a smile. Would recommend this host and experience for everyone!

I stayed at Maria's place for a month. It is a very nice place surrounded by many trees, located in a quiet area if you don't want a lot of noise around, it also has blackout curtains. Maria is very attentive, and when I wrote to her she responded quickly. The only area of improvement I would propose is to at least put in a microwave, a more equipped kitchen for long stays and a hair dryer. Everything else was perfect!
