A cozy and pleasant place, with a paradisiacal setting. Safe and ideal for families or couples. The location is very good! Because it is very close to a beach that is not very crowded and has the famous Santorini Hut, and close to a part of the river that is delightful. It is also super close to the Village, where there is a great Pizzeria and local shops, with markets, grocery stores and handicrafts. So we have the combination of comfort and good taste, after all the condominium is beautiful and the apartment is well decorated and complete. Well worth it! The host is kind and attentive. A place to always return.

The apartment is perfect for those who want the beach with the comfort of being able to return home for lunch or a more comfortable place like the pool area. It is important to remember that to go to the market and shopping center a car is necessary. The apartment is small but very cute, clean and cozy.

Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as seen in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Security is great (facial recognition even to enter the beach). 10 points in everything. We felt like coming back. Ah! Host Washington is great. Fernanda and family's space is better than the photos and descriptions. Located in a quiet and pleasant condominium, the house has an excellent common and living area. The pool is quiet, with a beach (a shallower part) that was great for the kids, with umbrellas that provided pleasant shade. Space with barbecue, beer and freezer that provided convenience. The room with a comfortable TV is a wine cellar (we do not use it) connected to the dining room. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although some of them could be renovated. The rooms had fully functioning air-conditioning. Apart from the pool area with a balcony and barbecue, the highlight was the recommendation of Dona Gildete, who took good care of our family and the house during the stay. He prepared breakfast, lunch and even gave local tips. Excellent! I also highlight the presence of Zaque, the pool attendant, who took care of the garden almost every day. Great experience. We plan to return

The house is wonderful, cozy, lots of spaces to enjoy the beautiful view and to rest. The outside area is perfect. The condominium is great, quiet and safe. Lucas is a dear, so kind and attentive, he responded promptly to all messages. Our stay was really excellent. We'll be back for sure.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejinha and easy to access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The residential complex is all very well maintained, common areas are always very clean, discreet and helpful concierge staff, safe location, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to enjoy it, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without detracting from the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction, we recommend the following: have a greater number of bath towels; face towels and also cloths; separate the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of a small leak in time (justified by the amount of rain). We only have praise and thanks for the host, we recommend it.

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!
