Excellent location: allows you to get to know the night in Itacaré without even having to leave by car. And it also has an outdoor area that accommodates up to 4 parked cars. Cozy space and complete and very private environments: all bedrooms have a king-size bed and their own bathrooms, as well as air-conditioning. In addition, the kitchen is very complete, with a water filter and essential appliances for spending the holidays, in addition to having several utensils to make a full lunch or dinner. It is worth mentioning the barbecue area, perfect for a gathering with friends. Proactive and charismatic host: I always ask for help, whether with city tips, asking questions about the house and the condominium or making myself available for any eventuality. Note 10/10.

His mother is very beautiful and polite, affectionate with us. I wanted to stay longer, but I couldn't because of commitments. We left there missing that place of peace and quiet. Aemonn's home and location are paradise-worthy. Arriving was easy and check-in was flexible and fast. The star of the house is undoubtedly the deck and outdoor pool, where we spent almost all the time we were not in the beach or sleeping. The view, the sound of the sea, the sunsets, sunrises and the moonrise from the terrace is a priceless experience. I would come back one and a thousand times. A family vacation impossible to forget.

The accommodation is very conveniently located, close to downtown and the beaches, and the condo is very quiet and nice. We couldn't use the third room advertised because it has no air conditioning or ceiling insulation, so the place is a two-bedroom apartment.

Luciana and her parents are very kind and service-minded! They were always ready to fulfil our requests and help with questions. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding nature is splendid. You only need to open the backyard door to face the beautiful Atlantic sea. Besides, the beach is quiet and almost private. We spent great and memorable days at this beautifull piece of paradise! Michelle's house is wonderful, only 30 minutes from Ilhéus. The rooms are spacious, bright and well decorated. The integrated lounge/kitchen are perfect for leisure, interaction, rest and meals. There is a closed TV room, with a brand-new TV, Netflix and other options, comfortable sofa and armchairs, in addition to a pool table. The rooms are large suites, large, and with varying views of the beach, several bed options, closet and a large bathroom; the bed and bath linen is new and of good quality. Finally, the outdoor area has a beautiful pool, with sun loungers and chairs, as well as a beautiful garden, 50m from a practically deserted beach. In Serra Grande there are options of markets and shops. Michelle is responsive and kind mto, and Charles is pro-active in contact with the homemaker to resolve issues, which naturally occur. Unique alert for those who want to work remotely is the Internet, as is to be expected in the beach, it is not great.

The property is great, true to the listing. Heleninha, the host was kind and quick from the beginning and helped a lot, way beyond. The house is comfortable, new, very close to Algodoes beach, which is beautiful. I recommend going with a 4x4 car due to the Algodoes road not being so easy to access, but difficult access also contributes to the maintenance of paradise.

the house is gorgeous and super clean. Exactly as well as the pictures and descriptions. the region is for those who like privacy and want to be close to Praia. The region does not have many restaurants, but it has a nearby market. It was very worth it!
