Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Itabashi City

Great stay, lots of nice amenities. Area is very walkable, has a tons of bars, restaurants, and stores within steps of the apartment, and is really close to several train stations making it incredibly easy to access the rest of Tokyo. However, as a result of all the neat things to see and do right outside the door, Kabukicho is incredibly loud at almost every hour of the day and night, so definitely bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Yuki was a great host. Super helpful and responsive.

Great place, great host!

Very responsive and considerate host. They allowed us to check in early a few hours and even gave us new sets of pillow cases when we requested. Surprisingly spacious home in Tokyo. Just 6 to 10 minutes away from Gotanda Station. It is also located very close to a Lawson convenience store and a few 24 hour diners. Highly recommended to all!

숙소위치와 가격 모두 정말 감사하다고 밖에 말할수 없을정도로, 잘 있다 왔습니다. 같이 주무시는분들의 성향에 따라 편안함의 난이도의 고저차가 심하지만, 그럼에도 숙소내에서 식사포장해와서 먹는것도 가능하고, 간이 주방도 있다는 점에서 정말 좋았습니다. 세면대가 없는점 만이 불편함 입니다. 나머지는 도미터리에서 이정도면 정말 좋죠. 특히 이 미친 접근성은 정말 ㅎㅎ

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

整体满意，麻雀虽小 五脏俱全。比想象小，但是卫生干净。虽然太阳照不到，但是中午不开灯也有亮。卫生间很干净。Wi-Fi密码要小写哦。数据信号在房间基本没有，所以一定要使用Wi-Fi。

非常不错，临近青邸站真的很方便，但是同样的车站旁边就会很吵。附近都是吃的，非常繁华。让人惊喜的是房东用心的准备，很多家具很新，并且有4个马桶！一楼是个会议空间，非常适合团队家庭出差旅游！并且还配了拖线板和充电宝还有雨伞，真的太贴心了！

Section L is a great place to stay. The apartment is small, as you would expect in Tokyo, though is clean, modern and it is convenient to have the reception staff on the downstairs desk. The surrounding streets are narrow so there is no traffic noise nearby. It is just a 3 minute walk to Onarimon Metro station and about 10 minutes walk to a myriad of restaurants around the Daimon station area. Section L is highly recommended.

Great stay, about 45/50 mins out of the city but the price makes up for it. It is easy enough to go to the city with a train 15 min walk away. The place itself is comfortable abs well equipped!

I had an excellent stay at Yuchan’s place! Yuchan was very friendly and responsive to questions and speaks very good English. She and Mayumi-San made me feel welcome and even gave me snacks when I arrived. The location is very close to the train station so it was easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe during my entire stay. Thank you for a great experience, Yuchan!

Lovely place! Yu was great, and the instructions are clear - the photos are SUPER HELPFUL!! It is very easy to end up at the wrong place, especially if it’s dark when you arrive. The place is clean and comfortable and has a nice little area for small children. The neighborhood has two 7/11s within a short walk, and also close by is a cafe that opens at 7am (for those who may be jet-lagged). The only downside is that Adachi City is quite far from Central Tokyo (probably 60 minutes by train or $70 by taxi). But otherwise, I highly recommend Anime House!

Le séjour chez Sachiko s’est très bien passé, hôte très conviviale et qui parle bien anglais. Air BnB bien situé, à la fois près de Tokyo et près de la campagne. Je conseille vivement

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr gefühlt. Wer eine urjapanische Umgebung fernab von Touristen erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. In der Innenstadt ist man in rund 20 Minuten. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Supermärkte oder kleine Stores. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war immer super!

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft liegt in Nerima, einem ruhigeren Stadtteil von Tokio, der aber trotzdem gut angebunden ist. Sie ist nah an der Tobu-Nerima Haltestelle, die einen mit Ikebukuro und dann mit dem Rest von Tokio verbindet. Es gibt mehrere Convenience Stores in der Nähe, genauso wie gute Restaurants. Yuchan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat mir geholfen, wenn ich Probleme hatte etwas zu verstehen, das auf Japanisch geschrieben war. Wir haben uns morgens meistens ein wenig unterhalten, bevor ich aufgebrochen bin, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mir wurden regelmäßig leckere Speisen und Desserts angeboten, die von der Hausbesitzerin Mayumi zubereitet worden sind. Auch der Check Out wurde mir sehr leicht gemacht. Ich habe mich dort wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatte eine tolle Zeit.

We are very happy and comfortable staying at ayumi place. this is my first time staying airbnb with host family but i dont find uncomfortable at all. The whole house is sparkling clean, the matress are so comfortable, everynight we can sleep very well like a baby. One more thing is super like is the panasonic hair dryer with turbo setting it dried my hair in 2 minutes. Ayumi family are so cheerful and kind, her baby girl is so kawaii, staying at her house make us feel like staying at relative house. Location wise i find is good too just 30 minutes to shinjuku station and just 2 minutes walk to kita toda station. We wish to be able to stay at Ayumi place again next time when we visit Tokyo again.
