very very good value. Loved the heated floors after a long day of skiing or hiking in the mountains. Azat provided very good instructions on how to get in and the location was walkable from the bus station only 10 minutes. other than that the kitchen was great, tons of hot water and many groccery stores nearby a true gem for Karakol.

Потрясающее место с невероятным природным окружением! Дом комфортный и уютный. На территории комплекса - абрикосовый сад, поеданием плодов которого можно с удовольствием заняться после купания в Иссык-Куле)))) Чистый и немноголюдный пляж в минуте ходьбы от дома. Сервис отзывчив и внимателен, было приятно взаимодействовать. Всегда на связи, помогают с организацией досуга, готовят вкуснейшую форель на гриле. Жаль что мы приехали только на выходные, в следующий раз приедем к вам на бОльший срок. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Коттедж очень хорошо расположен, благоустроенный частный пляж в пяти минутах ходьбы, большая, красивая охраняемая территория зоны отдыха, много зелени, цветов. Есть приличная столовая. У самого коттеджа чудная терраса, которая выходит в небольшой, но красивый и ухоженный дворик. Квартира на первом этаже просторная и удобная для отдыха, все необходимое есть. От Ларисы узнали массу полезной информации. Прекрасные хозяева, отличное жилье. Планируем приезжать еще.

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented, central to everything. Supermarket and markets nearby, walking distance to a lot of interesting places. We stayed two nights and would have loved to stay longer.

Eine sehr idyllische Unterkunft! Die Hütte ist etwas abseits vom Dorf, unmittelbar am Ufer. Kaum zu glauben, dass sie ausgestattet ist mit High-Speed-Internet, Fußbodenheizung und heißem Wasser. Das macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist im oberen Bereich des Hauses, unten wohnt der Host. Der Balkon und der Blick auf den See sind natürlich fantastisch. Das Grundstück, auf dem die Hütte selbst steht, ist nicht sonderlich schön, da offenbar mehrere solcher Häuser daneben gebaut werden sollen und entsprechend aktuell recht viel Baustelle ist :D Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten des Südufers sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Für einen erholsamen Trip an den See und das umliegende Gebirge können wir die Unterkunft also uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Aijamal. L’accueil de toute l’équipe a été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné. La yourte était spacieuse, confortable et bien chauffée, parfaite pour se détendre en pleine nature. Le cadre est magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac entouré de montagnes, propice au calme et à la déconnexion. Les repas (petit déjeuner et dîner) étaient copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et locaux. L’équipe nous a aussi beaucoup aidés pour organiser nos déplacements en taxi afin de visiter les environs. Une attention particulièrement touchante : ils ont surpris ma compagne avec un gâteau pour son anniversaire, sans que nous ayons rien demandé. Propreté irréprochable, communication fluide et excellente hospitalité. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu unique !

Anton was an incredible host and his place was perfect for our family. We were so comfortable and look forward to coming back in the summer.
