In winter, the apartment is completely heated(warm floor), there is an additional heater. The house is located on the territory of the sanatorium "Kisha Vzmorye", which makes it possible not only to get a wonderful holiday on the shore, but also to receive complex treatment. The cottage is located in the recreation center "FOUNTAIN", in the village of Karara Oi (Dolinka), 3 km from Cholpón Ata. You have private apartments on the 1st floor of the cottage, with private entrance: 1st bedroom - a large bed, a locker for things, a mirror, a bowl, an armchair. The 2nd bedroom is a large bed + a folding sofa, a chiffonier, a mirror, a pedestal, an armchair, an ironing board. The studio hall (combined with the kitchen) is a large folding sofa + a short sofa, TV with satellite TV and DVD.

A spacious living area is showcased with a large, dark grey sectional sofa adorned with yellow cushions. A smart television is mounted on the wall opposite the sofa. Natural light enters through patterned curtains, illuminating wooden accents and a dining table with black chairs.

Hospitable house, on the coast of Issyk-Kul

Have fun with the whole family or with our best friends, in our country house, where everything is done with soul! Our home has 3 bedroom and a studio room with a wide 3 meter sofa!!! There is a huge desk on the street, for pleasant gatherings. The entire territory of the club is in flowers and plants. The beach is 1 minute away from the cabin. Issyk-Kul will help you leave your problems far, far and recharge with sun, sand, water, mountains and fresh air!!! Always welcome old and new friends !)

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was welcoming and responsive, making sure all our needs were met. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a small problem with WiFi but it was quickly resolved by the host. The location was perfect, close to beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for a big family. Definitely planning to return!

The place is very nice. You have everything you need. And Gulnara, the manager, is very attentive and caring, she can bring you anything and help you with anything you may need. The house is clean, comfortable beds. It’s a townhouse, not a stand alone house. However you feel absolutely private and secluded. Bring your own coffee press🙂 Locally, they don’t drink coffee much, they prefer tea. The area is great for children, a lot of facilities for little ones. The lake is amazing! Very clean beach, fantastic swimming, and very romantic! We’ll be back!
