A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. Gorgeous and homely place in an old, historic town. We stayed the night as a stop on our way to Pompeii, trying to keep off the beaten track. Very peaceful and quiet area with stunning views. The hosts went to great lengths to make us feel at home and greeted us on arrival to provide instructions and a tour of the place. They also had us stocked with fruit and breakfast items, which was nice since it’s a bit far from the nearest shops and restaurants. Lovely stay.

Annamaria and Domenico were warm, gracious hosts and their place an absolute delight, perfect and so cozy for our family getaway, and in a spectacular, scenic location. The house is charming, clean, and bright, with artistic touches and surrounded by a well tended garden. Our hosts even gave us olive oil from their olive grove and fresh eggs from their chickens! They make the place even more special and we would love to stay with them again.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Attilio! The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped – perfect for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location is ideal, with stunning views across the valley and easy access to both Sora and Avezzano for shops, restaurants, and local bars. Our host, Pierpaolo, was absolutely brilliant – friendly, responsive, and full of helpful advice throughout our stay. The villa is also perfectly positioned for a walking holiday, with everything from gentle trails in nearby national parks (like the impressive Riserva Zompo lo Schioppo) to more demanding routes such as the hike up to Serra Alta (1720m) via Rifugio Sambucito. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Highly recommended – we’d happily return!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!
