What a great stay! Felt amazing and a beautiful home. I loved the jacuzzi and the backyard. The hosts were super and loved the cute kitty next door. I would definitely stay here again, close to everything and quiet at night. Thank you all.

We arrived in the dark after a long drive through bad traffic. When we woke up and walked out onto the covered porch and saw the beach we agreed we were in paradise. It was worth the drive. The beach is beautiful, clean and private. The house is comfortable. This is my seventh trip to PR. I have found the place I want to return to when I come back.

We had a great week at the cottage! We loved the secluded beach, just a short hike from the house. The hot tub is a great addition. I was proposed to on the secluded beach, now a fiancé! It was absolutely perfect. We fell in love with Puerto Rico and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

Sammy was an amazing host, very attentive to our needs and provided a ton of suggestions of restaurants/things to do. The property was beautiful and just as the pictures. The villa was extremely spacious, clean and had all the necessary appliances. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi! The first two days of when we arrived there was lots of bad weather and the electricity kept going out around the area but because the villa had a power plant - we hardly noticed it. This was a huge plus. I highly recommend this property if you have a big group of people. I would definitely book this listing again.

Aquaville was a modern and clean Airbnb in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is amazing and very well kept. I would totally stay there again and have recommended to various people already!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

The house is beautiful and clean have all things you would need .the only thing it was horrible to get to its hills and lots of curves but beautiful views. Other than that I awww A 23 I mean

Ernie's place was wonderful & exactly what we were looking for. Its location was far enough away from the main beach of Playa Puerto Nuevo to be quiet and peaceful, while still an easy 3 minute walk to enter the beach. Ernie was working on a project next door when we arrived, but made sure to come over and introduce himself. He also supplied extras that came in handy - beach towels, coolers, beach chairs. The balcony and beautiful views were the perfect way to start and end each day. Overall, great host and place to stay! Quick tip - the remote to turn the living room A/C on and off also turns the TV on and off. Be sure to use the TV remote to save energy and turn the TV off, after turning the A\C on or off.

Everything about the property was perfect and better than expected. The pictures were beautiful but even better once we arrived. Ita was very quick to respond and so friendly. There was nothing that could’ve made it better. It was a quick walk and drive to the beach and there was a wonderful market that Ita recommended for groceries and breakfast. Couldn’t have been happier!

This was everything I could have imagined and more. I love where we stayed so much that I am currently trying to buy a similar property near by. As someone who has not been to PR previously and who’s Spanish is limited my family and I were able to interact and find everything we needed easily thanks to the support and helpful instructions provided by the host. We will be coming back for Christmas and quarterly just because this location and its available amenities are precisely what we have wanted in a vacation. DoorDash is very familiar with this location so it all works out. 10/10 highly recommend this place and hosting team.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful home in Manatí. The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk (or quick drive) to a lovely beach. One of the best parts was being able to hear and see another beach right behind the house, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing. Magaly was an excellent host—very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with clear and thorough house rules, which made everything easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We stayed in Diana’s condo for 6 weeks. From start to finish we felt at home, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely landscape. There were 3 pools and a beautiful open-air community house; one pool was a very short walk from the condo. As many others have noted, Diana provided beach chairs and towels, a big umbrella, and coolers for picnics at the beach. The beach was a five minute walk, plenty of space to enjoy the diving pelicans, breaking waves and lovely vistas. Diana recommended several great restaurants - our favorites were nearby Oasis, and KGB in the shopping center. Cerro Beach was a short drive and the perfect place to swim, and spend an afternoon. Punta Salina’s Beach was a bit further but worth the time there. Diana was always helpful, replied promptly, offered suggestions. I never actually met her, but grew to think of her as a good neighbor. Her dad, Adrian, installed a battery back up which would be welcome if we lost power. We highly recommend this Lakeside villa!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

We had an amazing experience staying at Fernando’s Airbnb. The place is spotless, has a beautiful pool, and the view of the beach is absolutely breathtaking. From the start, Fernando was in constant communication with us—he responded quickly to any questions we had, making the whole process smooth and easy. The Airbnb itself exceeded our expectations. Our daughter especially loved the pool, and we got to spend some really special family time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and oasis like. Very peaceful and tucked away but just short drive away from shops and restaurants (7 or 8 minutes). We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood beach. Also driving around the community in the golf cart. The property itself was as advertised and in pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like being at home (away from home). Luis was prompt with checking and responding to questions. He even assured us there would be no problems with the power at the property even thought the entire island lost power for 24 hours since there was a generator. The only somewhat “issue” we had which was outside of Luis control would be the periodic blips watching cable. Didn’t prevent watching shows just sometimes had to fill in words from the blips. Not the end of the world just noting. There are no issues using streaming platforms, just the local cable network. Would certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Iris in May 2025. The villa was very spacious and clean and we felt very safe with it being in a gated community. We loved having access to a private beach right behind the villas. We walked on the beach our last night there and got some great photos of the magnificent and colorful sunset! We had lots of fun exploring many places in Puerto Rico. One of our favorite adventures was going to EL YUNQUE National Forest. Alma and Alex were both great hosts and communicators and responded quickly when we had a couple questions. The villa was a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful locations, surrounded by nature and private access to the beach. The rental was clean, cooled by air conditioning and the beds were fairly comfortable. We would definitely come back. Thank you for having us.

The house was well appointed/ equipped. She was very responsive to any need or suggestion. Boys liked the pool and various water 'toys.' Patio / pool are was comfortable for relaxing and swimming, as well as meals.
