Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Isle Madame

This was a great little place to stay for 2 months (Feb-april). Daphne was a great host, and was always responsive. Being a winter rental there are always little things that happen and they were fixed right away. The house is an older house in the country and felt peaceful. Internet was fast and the house was warm. Unfortunately we could not walk to the ocean, when the snow melted there was a puddle that you could not go around. Would stay again.

I travel to a lot of Airbnbs, it’s always nice to find a gem close to home, and this spot is just that, amazing surroundings, and beautiful space with all the amenities Definitely will be returning 😃

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The lake view was a highlight, and we spent many relaxing hours enjoying it. The location was ideal, with easy access to hiking trails which we enjoyed thoroughly. Michael was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place. It was a beautiful, peaceful and calming space. It was clean and there was everything you could need. We really enjoyed having a fire on the beach. We hope to come back again!

Everything was great. Very clean. A little short on utensils. Would recommended the B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had an amazing one-month stay, the house's highlights are: Well-located residence for discovering Cape Breton Island and its surroundings. Very quiet place and away from neighbors, just across the marina. Beautiful residence, very clean, full of beautiful windows, comfortable and well air-conditioned Outdoor fire pit and pergolas were very much appreciated. All services and restaurants are less than a kilometer away Nature is very present all around the house (deer, foxes, squirrels, crabs, cormorants, herons, blue jay, kingfisher, etc.). Points to consider: No curtain in the master bedroom. No mosquito nets in any of the windows, so you'll have to choose between mosquitoes or air conditioning. Dining table for only 6 people seated (listed; maximum of 8 guests). Very poorly equipped kitchen Many bulbs are burned out indoors and outdoors and none A big thank you to our hosts for the stay!

This is our second time staying here. Beautiful location and so peaceful. Great amenities. Bring extra K-cups if you are a big coffee drinker.

We absolutely love staying in this wonderfully cared for and peaceful cabin! Christine and Jeremie are such welcoming and responsive hosts, we never worry about a thing. When we land we're worn out and exhausted but once we leave we feel rested and restored. Many, many thanks to Christine and Jeremie for sharing their small slice of paradise with us. The idea was to chill out and recharge by the lake - and that's what happened. We had a terrific time and the staff were so responsive and helpful. Hot tub was excellent and looking out on a stunning view. Great little touches like a welcome gift for Archie the dog too which always helps!

Absolutely stunning views from the cabin, the cabin is very clean and has everything you will need and has alot of personal charm :) I am definitely going to come back frequently!
