From the main bedroom you have access to the terraces and the bathroom with the shower. Wifi 2 Smart TV with internet access (1 bedroom and 1 living room). 2 working spaces for 1 person. Balconies. Lifting centre table to be used as a dining table. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine, kettle, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Washing machine. One toilet room downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, with shower. The city center is pedestrian. Would you arrive by car, we can offer a parking lot in a building less than 5 minutes walking distance for 21 euros per night (open 24 hours). Please, note that Seville is a city under construction! Although the beautiful protected historical area (where this flat is located) has lasted thousands of years, the city centre is not a museum :-) On your visit, you will notice that the historic city centre is very much alive with many sevillians going about their daily work. Seville is a big city and its centre can be very vibrant at times. During your stay, you may hear early morning construction in a neighbour building, hopefully on its final steps. Obviously, this is completely out of our hands and all we can do is our best to make your stay enjoyable. Please be kind to us :-)

Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43 TV", comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate. The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. In the bright and pleasant apartment there is a very quaint inner courtyard with plants and seating area to have a drink. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and all cleaning supplies you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge. In the building we have a large terrace for common use for all guests of the building. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
