You can stay in a large Japanese house for private stays.This building can accommodate up to 17 people.There is another house on the premises, so it can accommodate up to 23 people. It is also convenient as a base for sightseeing in Ibaraki, such as the National Hitachi Seaside Park, Nakaminato Sakura Market, Oarai Aquarium, Mt Tsukuba, Kasama Inari Shrine, and golf courses. It is about a 3-minute walk from Hatori Station on the JR Joban Line, so please let us know if you want to leave your car and go out by train before check-in. There are also BBQ facilities that can be used in rainy weather as an option, so you can enjoy it for groups and families. The BBQ facility usage fee is 3,000 yen per grill, 1,300 yen for a 6 kg box of charcoal (with igniter), and 700 yen for a 3 kg box of charcoal. Please be sure to contact us at least 3 days in advance if you wish. Please let us know if you are considering it. Please refrain from loud noises and music until 22 o'clock to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

You can cook for yourself, and the whole house is yours! There are 4 rooms, so 1 person can sleep in each!

On sunny days, the sunset and morning sun reflect on the sea, and it looks like the road is connected to the accommodation, which is very beautiful. Designed by our family who loves exercise and travel We created a fusion of "travel and retreat" in a place with a view of the sea. We created a private studio surrounded by the sea by narrowing the living space to allow for aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hammocks, and light weight training, and allocating space for movement and retreat, so that you can refresh your body and mind.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen.
