We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

First of all, I would like to thank Lucrezia for her helpfulness and responsiveness to our requests. I booked the farmhouse for the 100 days that my son and his 14 friends celebrated. The farmhouse reflected what was seen in the photos, clean and tidy but above all equipped with all the necessary accessories for the coexistence of 15 young people and very functional and beautiful. I definitely recommend it to everyone, even those who want to organize a simple relaxing trip.

A NECESSARY EXPERIENCE. Perhaps this is the most suitable phrase to describe a traveler's experience. Oh yes, because it's a trip. A journey through time, in the memories of the host's family, in the furnishings that seem to come alive, in the objects that seem to tell a story, in the woods that seem to speak to you. I'll stop there, because no other word could describe this wonder.

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

House nestled between the mountains and greenery, in a small village, not far from Castel di Sangro and other more touristy towns. The house is beautiful: very spacious and cozy, with a kitchen equipped with all amenities, a large living room with fireplace and a bright bedroom overlooking the surrounding mountains. My partner and I spent a weekend in total relaxation and enjoyed the warmth of the house and the friendliness of Mrs. Anna, a friendly neighbor who welcomed us and recommended trails and restaurants in the area.
