Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Rich opportunity for lovely nature experiences. On the grounds there is its own shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin itself is set up as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds that are best suited for children. At Bognæs there is a very special atmosphere and you completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

Lovely large charming cottage with good facilities on wild, scenic grounds. Great view of the fjord, nearby swimming pier. Easy access to the island by ferry. 10 min drive from the ferry. Suitable for families. No parties. 6 beds (two bunk and one double) in main house and one bunk bed and 1.5 man bed in annex. Best suited for 6-8 people. Large terrace, gas grill, outdoor shower, trampoline. High chair, not baby bed. Cleaning is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Non smoking house.

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

You will feel the calm lowering already when you wait for the small wooden ferry that in 5 minutes frees you to the island. The place was excellent for us as a family with two small children. There is everything you need on site to enjoy your vacation here. The neighbors are extremely friendly. The sea is practically in the garden and is easy to walk on. On the island there is one or the other to discover, there are small restaurants or a zoo and the supermarket on the island has everything you need. A visit to Copenhagen is also easy to do by car. Christian was very friendly and always available and helped very quickly if there were any questions. It is truly a time to enjoy this beautiful place. Especially at the first sunset that you can enjoy on the couch. We would book and recommend this location again at any time.

We have visited the place for the last 5 years and there is a reason why we always use this. We are always satisfied and super happy with the apartment, the place, etc. It won't be long before we rent it again🙂

My boyfriend and I have now spent an extended weekend at Kaja's lovely summerhouse for the second time. Can definitely recommend spending a weekend on scenic Orø, with lots of bird life both in the garden and along the coast and with ample opportunity for fishing. We've at least enjoyed it to the fullest.

A serene workspace is arranged with a pottery wheel set on a black tiled floor. Natural light filters through bamboo shades, illuminating the wooden walls. A stainless steel sink is mounted against the wall, with a woven basket nearby, adding to the functional ease of the area.
