Very cozy house, with all the necessities. Erwin gave a lot of useful and clear information and it was very easy to check in

Ursula is a friendly and accommodating host. Her place was spacious, comfortable and clean. The small welcoming treat she provided is a nice expression of her appreciation for her guests. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

This is a good place to stay, the surroundings were beautiful and the apartment was really nice and exactly like in the pictures. The host was quick in answering as we had gone to the wrong building. They were proactive in sending instructions that were clear and easy to get into the apartment. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a great stay!

I had such an incredible time in Iceland. The place was very clean when I arrived and the hosts were very communicative. The apartment had everything I needed while I was there for a week. I absolutely will be renting again when I come back in six months.

Such an amazing stay!! The apartment was recently renovated, spacious, and very clean. It was incredibly well stocked, including many kitchen supplies, spare toiletries, power adapters, extra blankets, and other things as needed. It was the only place throughout our trip to Iceland with a dryer, which was great (although it worked slowly). The area was so nice; it was walkable to downtown including a waterfall, amazing restaurant, grocery store, museums, and the rest of downtown. Views were amazing, too. Small minor complaint is that the blinds on the skylights let light through, which makes it harder to sleep given the <3 hours of darkness. Make sure to bring an eye mask. Overall the apartment was amazing and Kirstin was a great host! I rarely give 5 stars across the board but this place earned it :)

The stay was fantastic. There’s easy access to everything in the NP. Ægir’s property was very clean, warm & easy to find. I highly recommend. Had a view of the Snæfellsnes glacier on one side & an ocean view on the other. There was also lots of room for children to run and play outside. Everything was as described in the description.

We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the apartment was spotless. Had all the things we needed for our stay hope to book it again in the future.

Had a really nice stay here on our last night in Iceland. I was very glad to find this place that would accommodate my family of 8 in this rural setting. Wanted to stay close to the national park, and there were not many options other than this. The place was better than I was expecting/pics led on. I was worried we would be cramped, but that was not the case. Other than one of the bedrooms, plenty of space. On that bedroom, I knew going in it would be tight based on pics. In spite of being a bit cramped, not a big deal. Slept fine in that room, and everyone in general slept fine. Main floor was roomier than i thought. Plenty of room in kitchen and other rooms for all. Kids loved the place. Not too far from murals and ocean. Only issue i had was no shampoo in the place. No idea if I knew that before and forgot or should have known it, but it surprised me. Not a big deal. I did not inquire about it either as I was in a hurry. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Just what we were looking for! My dad and I went to Iceland to just reconnect and fish and this house provided it! The small port of Hólmavík was just a stone throwaway. We even managed to watch a whale in the fjord while fishing. The house itself has everything you would need to just relax and plan day trips around the Westfjords region of Iceland!

What an absolute gem! The home was beautiful. The location was amazing. The hot tub was delightful. The kitchen was fantastic. Wish we could have spent our entire time in Iceland here!

We had a wonderful stay at Margret’s apartment! It was cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located to explore the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Snæfellsjökull Glacier right from the living room. We were lucky to have fantastic weather, which made our trip even more special. Thank you for hosting us—we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the peninsula !

A pleasant surprise was that Solveig's place was larger than it appeared from the photos, and had most amenities one would expect in an accommodation. It was a short drive or walk to most locations, not that the weather was amenable to walks during our time. Although the house itself was quite clean, the cleaner hadn't emptied out the waste the day we go there, this was rectified the following day.

A really special place to stay. The location, looking out on the church and the cove was really magical, and the holiday home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a really well appointed kitchen and lots of helpful extras. The hot tub overlooking the view was spectacular.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very comfortable for 6 people. Woke up to snow. Great family kitchen. It would be great to stay 2nights instead of one!
