Great place to stay, had to extend a few times host made it easy. Recommend to stay while in the area.

I have stayed here several times over the four years my daughter was in CMU. Lana is so sweet. She always leaves some homemade cookies for her guests and they are delicious. Her place is very clean and charming. It is quiet and a little out of the way but I like that. I like it so much that it is worth the extra 1/2 drive for us. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch is a great place to have morning coffee. You will surely see deer in the field in front of the house. I highly recommend Lana's place:)

We have stay with Fresh Water at least 4 other times and always have a great experience and a lot of fun. The home is set up very well with the three different levels very conducive to families

Beautiful home that gives you an isolated feeling of being in the woods, but is close to anything you can think of, the perfect peaceful getaway. Candy was a pleasure and more worried about my comfort than I was, this was my second stay at her home and already looking forward to staying again next year.

A beautiful location for a family weekend. we reserved a few of her condos for our wedding weekend. Hanging out around the fire pit with everyone was really nice. Only con was there was no creamer or sugar for coffee. We are just used to Airbnb's we have stayed at having basic condiments available.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!
