Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Location, Location, Location! NE Portland is one of the most coveted areas of this beautiful city and my apartment is right in the heart of it all. Within blocks you can be at the Historic N Mississippi Ave, N Williams Ave, NE Alberta St (Alberta Arts District), and MLK! Restaurants and bars aplenty. Some notable include Por Que No, Tasty n Sons, Ned Ludd, Ecliptic Brewing, Life of Pie, Box Social, and so many more are all within walking distance of my apartment.

Private studio apartment set away from the street to avoid any traffic noise. The guesthouse is a 10 minute bike ride from the downtown waterfront park as well as many great local restaurants and cafe's. Tree-filled Irving Park is 1 block away. Located just down the street from public transit and 1.3 miles from the Oregon Convention Center as well as the Moda Center. Come enjoy our beautiful place in the Irvington neighborhood.
