Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. The Rifugio offers you the freedom to make an authentic connection with nature and enjoy quality time alone or with others. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Large windows offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in the distance we can see the tip of Lac Mégantic.

Beautiful loft near the downtown area. Ideally located and equipped for both short and long stays. Enjoy year‑round access to the jacuzzi, a garage, outdoor parking, and a terrace with a fire pit. Private entrance with keypad lock. Includes a full kitchen, Wi‑Fi, a 52" TV with streaming apps, and a PS4 console. 30A charging via NEMA 14‑50P adapter (you must bring your specific car adapter). Please note: access is only via stairs. No accessibility ramp.

Cozy chalet close to diverse services and leisure activities with hot tub. Access to a public beach +/- 5 minutes by car. Boat descent 30 seconds away. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with ice rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.

Rustic style in a wooded area well landscaped for peaceful walks and near the big city, all in new condition and very well maintained. Sociable and welcoming by nature. Never two bookings at the same time, spa available located on the gallery of the private house open 24 hours a day, discretion and tranquility are guaranteed! A transition zone in winters is planned. No smoking or other use of emanating smoke is prohibited.

The View of Lake Aylmer

Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)

The snowmobile and all-terrain trail pass nearby. Located 2 km from the granite museum and the Mont Morne trails, near Mont Megantic. A dream place for stargazing, cooking on a wood fire outside.
