This was a nice place, clean and comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Tami and Dor were very responsive and helpful. It was just fine as a base for my daughter and I to visit the sites of the area. It is quite a walk from the centre (at least in summer!) and you do get a bit of road noise at night, but we had a car and all was good for us.

מארחים מקסימים זמינים תמיד, דירה מושלמת. נעימה יפה מאובזרת בכל דבר. הכל מהכל יש בדירה חשבו מהפרטים הגדולים ועד לקטנים. תכלס רק לבוא עם בגדים ולהנות מקום שקט, רגוע, נעים ונוח עם נוף מהמם לכינרת. הכל נקי ומסודר באמת דירה מקסימה. ממליצה בחום.

Toqa and her family are excellent hosts. Communication was very easy and her responses always timely to any questions. The place was great and met our expectations, except for one detail: The post said three bedrooms and five beds, but there were only two bedrooms and three beds. Luckily we did not need the third bedroom, but this might have been a problem if we did. Other than this detail, everything about the stay was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Jerash, the first time for 3 weeks and second time for 4 days, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment was perfect for my needs, featuring a spacious room, a well equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom. One of the highlights was the big balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the entire city. The owner was incredibly kind and humble making my stay even more enjoyable. The view is spectacular. The apartment was very spacious. We didn't spend much time on the balcony due to the intense August heat but you can still see the Kineret clearly from the lounge with the air conditioning on. There was a separate air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The central air conditioning was quite noisy in the shared areas of the apartment (didn't bother us but just FYI if that's something that bothers you) but worked beautifully. Clive was very responsive with the few issues that arose during our stay and tried to resolve them quickly.

My wife and I wanted to see Umm Qais and as we took public transportation from Amman decided to stay for the night. This place is right next door to the Roman Ruins, so we could walk there. Yaser and his son Omar were very responsive and helped us find the place on our arrival. The apartment is quite spacious and clean (as shown in photos). We had a nice dinner at the Umm Qais guest house on the site of the ruins which overlook the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights with breathtaking view. Omar and a woman helped provide us with a tasty Mediterranean breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend this place.
