We are 5 minutes from the Airport, 15 minutes from downtown Manaus and 3 minutes from Ponta Negra Beach, the noblest area of Manaus. There are 2 bedrooms, parking, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a wonderful leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, fitness center and kids space. The owner owns a speedboat and a private tour can be arranged directly with him.

The apartment is in a condominium club in the Ponta Negra neighborhood, has an electronic lock, facilitating access at any time. It has an en-suite with a double bed and an amazing view of the Rio Negro (Tarumã). On Wednesdays and Sundays there is a lane open on the waterfront, which you can access on foot. 9 minutes from the Veneza Supermarket, 15 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the PN mall.

Very comfortable and practical

Wonderful Flat, we experience very happy moments in the New Year period, with a view of the fireworks on the beach , we will surely return at the next opportunity. We had minor problems with the coffee maker and hot water, but we used the kettle and the water was a matter of the hotel's boiler that was solved later. In addition, everything was wonderful, host always responded quickly, very attentive, the best place in Manaus to stay.

Everything is wonderful, but some items need to be reviewed to avoid future complaints in my opinion: 1- Problem with the toilet flush, sometimes it works and sometimes we have to open the lid and manually stop the water flow. 2- The air conditioning is not automatically regulating the temperature, forcing us to turn it off and on for thermal comfort. In addition, we were very well received and we are very satisfied and we will definitely return.

The experience was great! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized, with tasteful decoration and a beautiful view of nature. The bed is very comfortable. The host was attentive and the check-in was simple and quick. I recommend and would certainly host again!

The host Sérgio is very helpful and easy to communicate with, he always responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and organized, everything prepared with great attention for our reception, provided basic kitchen supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices), as well as cleaning and bathroom supplies. The apartment was very complete, with a washing machine, clotheslines, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens for use and a couple more sets as reserves. The television easily accessed Netflix. The location of the apartment is very good, with an unobstructed view of the avenue and also of the pool area and soccer field, very good for us who went with children, who were able to go down alone and quickly made numerous friends in the condominium, which is even quite safe and has various services, such as a beauty salon and a 24-hour food and beverage shop. The vehicle's garage is covered and easy to access. Nothing but praise, we'd be happy to come back.
