5 stars isn't enough to give the Hosts or House, 10 stars is needed. We were so lucky and blessed to have the pleasure of having Vas as a host and are truly grateful for the hospitality. The house was truly difficult to leave as it has everything and such a welcoming and positive vibe, everything is beyond expectations and is our new favorite. This place was so enjoyable. Originally built in the 60’s (?) I was thoroughly impressed with how the whole house was built for the express purpose of hosting large groups. We were 5 siblings and partners celebrating together our mums 90th birthday. We loved the many different living/dining and entertainment areas and had the most enjoyable time especially on the Friday night in the separate movie theatre/media/bar building adjacent to the main house. We played pool, danced, sang, laughed lots and just enjoyed being together. The whole weekend was unforgettable and we’re so glad we found this place. An added treat was getting to see a couple of local wallabies grazing outside over the weekend. Thank you to the hosts for a great venue….We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it !

We really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful house which made us feel at home right away. Michelle has furnished this house with a lot of love to detail. Everything was thought of and more. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and left nothing to be missed. The railway next to the place can be noisy at times, but this seems to be seasonal and irregular. We really enjoyed the homegrown Passionfruit just from the lawn and the kids loved the space to play. Thank you Michelle for having us!

This is the second time we have stayed with this host, both times have been fantastic. This home was clean and well styled. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast starter kit was very appreciated. Roberta was accomodating and flexible. We will stay here again.

Lovely home, beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Only faults no clothes pegs to hang laundry out, cheap cutlery and no padding on ironing board. Gardens also need to be more maintained. Small issues that did not affect our stay but just little thing's that could be improved.

If you are looking for an airbnb with beautiful surroundings and privacy, this is the place to go. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with essentials. Bathroom had a nice big bathtub, and two mirrors perfect for multiple people staying. Lastly, the most defining feature other than the beautiful surroundings and privacy, is the bedroom. The bed alone was well worth the stay as it was comfy. Nick and Debbie were amazing hosts as they were responsive, and reached out throughout and before the stay to ensure everything was perfect . Great stay, would come back in future. Thanks Nick and Debbie!

What an amazing, beautiful place. Waking up in the morning after sleeping well on a soft comfortable bed, and walking out on the deck straight from the bedroom with a coffee was a lovely start to the day. There is plenty of cushioned seating to relax looking down on the pool shimmering in the sun below. It was great to have the pool to ourselves for lazy swims and relaxing with a book on the loungers after. The place is very peaceful and a great place to unwind. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and crockery etc. The lounge is very comfortable with plenty of books and games to keep you entertained in the evening. There is also a big TV with Netflix. The bathroom has a large rain shower and separate bath with plenty of toiletries. Kara is very friendly and approachable and on hand very quickly with any queries and happy to share her knowledge of the many edible plants growing in the garden. This place is so well equipped - Kara has thought of everything!

Even with five people, the space was very pleasant and cozy. The amenities and towels were clean and well-prepared, making our stay even more enjoyable. Robin was very kind and friendly, and as non-native speakers, we really appreciated his use of clear and simple language that was easy to understand. The two alpacas were adorable and made the experience even more memorable. If we visit Moogerah Lake again, we would definitely love to stay here once more!
