Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is absolutely beautiful. The property is right on the beach just one flight of stairs down from the garden and you're on a beautiful soft sandy beach, which was perfect for our young kids. The apartment had folding chairs and and umbrella which we used on the beach. the kitchen had plenty of utensils, tea towels, cleaning products etc. There were also plenty of towels including beach towels and a lovely cleaner came once during our stay and replenished for us. The linen on the beds was crisp and fresh, "hotel style". The apartment isn't huge but as a family of 5, we found that as long as we were organised, it was all we needed. There's ample storage in the bedrooms so we emptied our suitcases right away snd made ourselves at home. We hired a car which I would highly recommend as until around end April/May, a lot of the local restaurants etc are closed. There's a couple of pretty villages close by with some lovely Taverns and some major locations are easily accessible. Fab!

Die Wohnung hat der Beschreibung entsprochen und es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren allerdings auch die einzigen Feriengäste dort. Daher haben wir kein Vergleich. Die Terasse mit Sitzecke ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben sie auch ausgiebig genutzt. Da wir eher den Norden der Insel erkundet haben, war die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge. Der Kontakt ging über Spiros. Er hat bei Fragen immer schnell reagiert und konnte helfen.

We had a wonderful week at Marisa's place - it was spotlessly clean and just like the photos but, for us, it was the pool that was the best thing! It was perfect to hang out, enjoy the sunshine and spend time as a family. Marisa was super helpful throughout and was kind enough to let us stay on longer as we had an evening flight. Can't recommend it enough - a perfect base to explore the island!

Trotz des manchmal eher kühlen und feuchten Wetters haben wir uns stets wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen gemütlichen Haus. Der Bezug des Extrastapels Brennholz hat sich wirklich gelohnt, da wir im Januar hier waren und praktisch täglich heizen mussten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und wer Tiere, insbesondere die Hauskatze und Hunde mag, hat täglich treue und sehr liebe (Tier)Besuche zu erwarten. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die archeologischen Stätten in der Umgebung zu erkunden, ebenso die sauberen, und in der Nebensaison fast menschenleeren Strände. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Olivenernte in vollem Gang und so konnten wir von Xristopoulos ausgezeichnetes, biozertifiziertes Olivenöl und Oliven kaufen, Besten Dank noch einmal an Euch!

Wir waren zu Dritt für eine Woche in Villa Sofia und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Vintage-Möbel und die Terrasse zum Garten hinaus mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. In der Küche gibt es Olivenöl, viele Gewürze, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, 2 Herdplatten, einen kleinen Kontaktgrill, einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da die Unterkunft an einer Straẞe ohne Gehweg liegt und die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht so attraktiv ist. Mit dem Auto erreicht man gut, die von den Gastgebern empfohlenen Strände Gardeno und Arkoudilas, die sich wirklich lohnen. Was uns etwas störte, war die Musik der benachbarten Anlage. Tipp: Hinter dem Haus geht ein Schotterweg lang, den man in Richtung Supermarkt gehen kann.

Sofronios' bungalow on lovely Agni beach was everything we hoped it would be! Cute, comfortable, and literally steps from the beach. The bathtub was a real bonus! Everything was easy and straightforward from check in to check out. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late in the season, so the restaurants and tavern on the beach were already closed for the winter, but there were still two small supermarkets and other restaurants still open a short 15 minute hike away along a lovely coastal trail. We very much enjoyed the hiking in the area. We also had regular cute kitty visitors in the front courtyard. The only recommendation is could make would be to have some cooking essentials onhand (i.e., salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and maybe some coffee and tea) so one doesn't have to buy these only to use for a few days. But other than that, super!

George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

Spiros war ein sehr netter & hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Er war immer gut erreichbar & hat uns bei Problemen weitergeholfen. Auch seine Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Restaurants & Mietwagen haben uns sehr weitergeholfen. Der Bungalow an sich befindet sich inmitten einer schönen Anlage, den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir dabei sehr gerne genutzt.
