Relax in the School House, a rural setting 10 minutes from Invercargill city, is peaceful and modern with a touch old school charm. We home an array of farm animals, cows, sheep, and 2 friendly Kune Kune pigs who live their best life in the orchard. You are welcome to make use of our multi sport turf, tennis rackets and outdoor bowling kits are provided🙂 The Flat is attached to our home, the bedroom has a queen bed and the lounge has a double sofa bed. Tea/coffee/continental breakfast provided.

We have 2 one bedroom units for rent they sit on 25 acres of farm land with beauitful views looking over bluff/Invercargill. 15 mins drive to Invercargill & 5 min drive to Bluff. You can rent one or both units the units has being newly built with double-glazing it is warm, sunny, clean & very quiet with everything you need for your stay. The units also come with room service every day, the units come with free complimentary continental breakfast, tea/coffee,water, milk, drink and biscuits.

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Please note the guesthouse is beside our garage (which we use).

North facing sunny bedroom with super comfy queen size bed with electric blanket, adjacent to separate toilet and bathroom guests have priority all in quiet location so close to Windsor shopping ,airport 9 mins, buses & 12 mins walk to centre city, sports stadium SIT and all local attractions and our beautiful Queens Park (4mins) I do have a well behaved friendly small dog (Jimmy) - safe off street parking - Continental breakfast

Conway Cottage

Bright two bedroom house, with large lounge and very sunny conservatory. Within 10 minutes walk to ILT Stadium and Velodrome, 5 minutes to local tavern and 10 minutes to another. Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk. Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away.

A warm, spacious room with a double bed, quality bedding and an Italian leather sofa. The room has free Wifi and a Smart TV which has Netflix, Disney+ and Neon already subscribed. It has a heat pump/air conditioning, a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee/milk provided. A Private toilet/shower next to your room with towels etc.
