Very close to the Parada Inglesa metro station, with 4 minutes between going through the apartment door and being on the metro platform, and easy access to the north-south corridor of São Paulo. It has air-conditioning, but only for cooling. Between 7 and 15 minutes from Expo or Anhembi, depending on traffic. Bed and bath linens included. With a smart TV that was installed after the photos. There is no car space. The nearest 24-hour parking lot is Locavaga, 200 meters from the building. Second floor, no elevator.
