Über zwei Treppen ist der separate Eingang der Wohnung im zweiten Stock zu erreichen. Für Gäste mit Auto, steht im Preis inbegriffen, ein Parkplatz vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Unmittelbar neben der Wohnung sind sowohl Busstation als auch diverse Verpflegungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Mit dem zusätzlichen kleinen Balkon ist ein gemütliches Beisammensein mit Blick auf den Harder Kulm zu geniessen. Für Gäste steht auch ein kostenloser Wlanzugang bereit. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Für einen gemütlichen Filmabend steht pro Zimmer ein Smart-TV zur Verfügung. Für die eigenständige Verpflegung steht sowohl Kochfeld, Backofen und Mikrowelle für den Einsatz bereit. Zusätzlich verfügt die Küche über allerlei Kochutensilien und einer kleinen Auswahl von Gewürzen. Dass separate Esszimmer grenzt direkt der Küche an. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. You will stay in a house that was newly renovated in 2024. This is the left half of a double family home. The house is a historic 16th century monument with many original wooden beams and walls. It is located near the old town of Unterseen-Interlaken, 100 m behind the Haberdarre square in Unterseen. It is a 10-minute walk to Interlaken West train station or the center of Interlaken. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces available.

A small chalet all alone

Cozy chalet on a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with BBQ and terrace. A sandbox for kids. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house may book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is filled with wood. It works wonderfully!
