Lovely place, close to train, ferry and walkable to attractions. Would love to come back to stay again in future.

What a lovely place to stay. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilyfield. The house was super clean and comfortable with a surprisingly spacious rear garden and outdoor entertaining area. We used to live in this area before moving to the UK, so were looking forward to exploring our old ‘hood, but the host Jodie went over an above to make our stay even more special with some local suggestions that were absolute gems! Jodie was also super responsive and helpful before and after our stay. We would definitely stay at Jodie’s place again in future and would totally recommend to anyone considering staying at the same time.

We had a lovely stay. The property is exactly how it’s pictured, so convenient to shops and everything, quiet and there’s a kids park on the same street! Easy to get street parking too. Thanks for having us!

Rod was very quick to respond to my questions and offered great recommendations for things we wanted to do in the area. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. We enjoyed sitting on the kitchen patio (one of three available) for coffee/tea, dinner, and playing cards. Only thing that would have made this accommodation nicer would have been air conditioning. Thank you, Rod, for being such a gracious host!

Very cosy home in a great location with easy access to local pubs and a variety of dining options. The availability of on-site parking was very useful. Access to the city by bus or ferry is very convenient. We enjoyed the stroll down to the ferry and the trip across the harbour. if you have mobility issues steep stairs to the bedrooms will be an issue but the rooms are very nice with views of the city and harbour bridge.

Fabulous location for a large family. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but a bus stop is literally just a 2 minute walk. The East Balmain ferry is also an easy 10 minute walk. When walking around the area you feel like a local. It’s not touristy at all which was a nice break after visiting busy beaches and the city. Heath was very accomodating, an excellent communicator and the house was tidy and clean. The trampoline was an absolute hit with our friend’s 6.5 year old daughter! We also highly recommend a visit to the Dawn Fraser baths which is in the same area.

Owen’s property was exactly what we were looking for and Owen was an excellent host. He went to great lengths to make us, including my son, feel welcome and have a great time. This has been our best Airbnb experience to date. Highly recommend and greatly appreciated our stay.

The house is in a good location, close to the fish market and the University of Sydney which is walkable.The house has a great sense of age and really likes it.The host was very responsive and helped us as much as we could.Made us the perfect holiday in Sydney.

Lovely plane and lovely people. Great value for the location and the privacy, felt like our own place. Chris was even kind enough to let us have a late check out so we didn’t have to wait in the city with our bags for our flight. Recommend highly!

Stunning Air BnB from start to finish. We hardly wanted to go out…the view, the garden, the quality curation of linen, artwork, appliances and kitchenware Etc etc. Attention to detail in this beautiful apartment was exceptional. We love the little lawned area and garden at the front that looked over the water. Perfect location for walks around the harbour, access to other side of the bridge easy with the ferry and train but it was so nice to be tucked away in our quiet pocket. Perfect! Thank you, we will be back for sure!!

Perfect accommodation option for our weekend away. The terrace house is clean, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location could not be better. It was a short walk to Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Barangaroo dining and shopping precinct. Suzanna was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved everything in this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay in Sydney. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The neighborhood was great, everything was close by, in a walkable distance. The backyard with swimming pool was a great place to relax after spending the day in town.

A wonderful host with a beautiful apartment. Everything you could think of Marisa had supplied. Great location, to catch the bus to Military Road & also the sea ferry’s, & access to Balmoral Beech. Marisa was so informative which was really helpful as this was our first visit to Australia. Highly recommend this apartment & it’s wonderful owner.

We had an amazing stay at LivedIn Coogee. It was a beautifully decorated listing where we felt right at home! It had more than space for two and the king size bed and linen was incredibly comfy. Vanessa was extremely responsive, helpful and hospitable throughout the entire stay. We had a later return flight and she was understanding with accommodating a later checkout and allowed us to store our bags there until we had to take off. Highly recommend the area, it is off a main street and easy to drive/uber to nearby beaches (not very walkable as hilly).

What a great place to stay for 13 days in an idyllic location; comfortable, light and airy with everything you need provided. Just across the road to the park with Edwards Beach on the NE and Balmoral Beach, the Sea Baths, Balmoral Oval and Middle Head on the SE, a bus stop outside travelling to Mosman Junction and Taronga Zoo Wharf ( and ferries to the city) and local restaurants within 300 metres. Ideal accommodation for a family or the more elderly with its proximity to park and safe beach and onsite garage. Julie is also the most friendly, flexible and accommodating host, very prompt in communicating as well as informative. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie’s accommodation after such an enjoyable time.

Jasmine’s apartment was clean and very quiet. Walking distance to the shops and the ferry. We enjoyed staying there and would book again if we needed to.
