amazing place to stay! We had everything we needed as a family of 4 to cook and enjoy our stay. Small items such as coffee and toiletries made our stay much more comfortable - it's the little details that always make a place a 5 star spot. We will definitely be staying again as Logan was super helpful and responsive.

Colleen was on-point, friendly, and communicated every detail we needed to check in and when we checked out. The place was beautiful, modern appliances, clean, TV's everywhere, three bedrooms, and very firm mattresses, which suited me perfectly. Place was immaculate. Though located near the river in a somewhat industrial area, it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lake, and less to the restaurants and stores. Will come back!

Great stay

What an amazing spot and stay. Easy to find, perfect room for a quick getaway. The weather stopped us from enjoying all of the outdoor amenities, but I can imagine that it would be a great spot once it is a little warmer. Thank you for giving us a safe and warm spot to stop during travels.

This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

Cozy condo on the lake! Kitchen was stocked, and even had a treat basket!

Enjoyed staying here — loved the view and proximity to great sites and shopping. Stephanie let us drop off our bags early (so helpful). When we checked in later, she was attentive and responsive. Good communication.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Nice cafe in the building. Very short walk to Millennium Park, the Riverwalk, and a lot of great restaurants nearby.

This retreat on the lake was absolutely perfect for spending time with extended family during a Notre Dame game weekend! The house was flawless! Everything that was described in the listing was exactly how we found it. Our host was super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Excellent house on Bass lake! From start to finish this house had everything that our group needed. The host, Mat, was outstanding to work with and provided simple instructions for everything. It is clear that the hosts know what they are doing. The house was well designed and had plenty of space to fit all of us. The large kitchen table was perfect for our group dinners, the deck was inviting and the main living area had a great setup for us to hang out. We would absolutely recommend this place!

The location was great—lots of things to. And such a beautiful view! We had everything we needed and I especially appreciated the very nice cookware.

Leah was a phenomenal host, very responsive and fast with her replies to my questions. The place was super comfortable and welcoming. It was peaceful and quiet just as advertised. Had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my brother's engagement and catching up with old friends! It was super peaceful but also had plenty of room to host a party and have a good time. We would 100% come back. My only warning to those coming here is to bring throw blankets if you are used to always having some.

This was a great house for my family weekend get together. Beautifully decorated, large bedrooms and plenty of room to hang out. View of the lake was gorgeous even in the winter. Would like to try it again in the summer when we can enjoy all the amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The area is quaint, quiet and relaxing. The house was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing the video game and spent the evenings around the fire pit. Host was helpful and responsive to all questions. Would book again.

This was by far one of the top locations I’ve stayed along lake MI. As soon as we pulled up to the house, we felt at home. Walking through the door, solidified and exemplified these feelings as we saw the gorgeous views through the windows and the beautiful layout of the house. Everything was so thoughtfully laid out and the amenities were the best we’ve ever had (softest towels and blankets)! The outdoor setup was again superb and allowed you to appreciate the views and beauty. Finally, the beach had soooo many cool rocks and soft sand. Thank you for sharing this space!

This is our second stay here. the location can't be beat and we will continue to stay here when we are in chicago. I will note that it is VERY loud. Depending on who you have above you can make it even louder. the pipes for the heat are also extremely loud. This doesn't bother us so much as we go in expecting it. This is also not the fault of the host at all and this airbnb and host are both still great!

Alexa was an awesome host. Her location is even nicer than the photos show. The indoor parking was a great amenity and the living room had great views of the river. Easy drive/walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and breweries. Alexa is very responsive and made check in/out very easy.

Joel’s place is a very rare and stunning place! We felt right at home with classy decor, spotless, and luxury linens. I would recommend to anyone to stay here to have a relaxing few days away. The view and accommodations were just perfect! We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

Cannot speak highly enough of this space! It was HUGE! Beautiful and very convenient! The Red line and Green Line train stations are both within easy walking distance. From either we could get to anywhere we wanted to go with transfers. The Hosts were responsive and flexible with an early check in(with a fee) and understanding when we woke up late and checked out 20 minutes late. They had several recommendations for places to eat, see and things to do. Hope to be back!

This place is a gem! Great location, very safe, cozy atmosphere, lots to do! Treat yourself and book this condo - it's so wonderful!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
