House vacation rentals in Indian Hills

The place was everything we wanted ton our stay. Sarah was fantastic in responding to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was fantastic. We especially loved the shed with pickleball, shuffleboard, bags, etc. and the pool and hot tub. The home had plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 9. The well-stocked coffee bar, laundry facilities and the nice bathrooms especially stood out. We enjoyed having soap dispensers available at every sink including the kitchen. Dishwasher pods and laundry pods were provided, unlike many other air bnbs we’ve stayed in. The location was great as we did Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, many distilleries and the Horse Park at Lexington. No issues whatsoever but Kaelie stayed in touch throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nicole was, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with thoughtful touches thoughtfully placed throughout the home—each one clearly personalized with our family in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a close friend’s house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless. We had an amazing stay! The listing was even better than the photos presented… the decor was fabulous, the furnishings were such high quality, and the listing had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and answered any questions so quickly. The neighborhood has great restaurants, cute little shops, and three different swimming pools to choose from… all walkable! My children said it was “better than the beach”! They even have a common work space in the floor below the unit, which was great for when I needed to work and have some quiet. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

Great location central to everything. within 15-20 min church hill downs. Great place for breakfast is Con Huevos.

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

The place was very cozy, and my family felt at home. The house is conveniently located near many notable places to visit in Louisville. The house is beautiful, eclectic, and well-organized, with small details. The host was helpful and communicated well, and responded promptly.

i personally really enjoyed it as a small trip for me and my partner, but the neighbors were very noisy, and construction in the area made it difficult to find. Matt didn't respond to my question at all about resending the link for a later check out due to future problems that popped up. I didn't even here from him at our scheduled check out time. it was a lovely home, but would just be a one time visit.

Wonderful place for a single family with kids and or dogs. The large fenced in yard made the stay that much better allowing our dogs to play in the yard to their heart’s content. The area is quiet and plenty of food options very close by.

Lovely home. Perfect for our family. The location was great regardless of other reviewers comments. Close to downtown, like 5 minutes, very artsy urban district, vintage shoppes, cool and different, and really good restaurants close by and a brewery that’s practically at the end of the driveway. We recommend Chickin&mi restaurant less than a mile away. Very Fresh, and delicious sides and salads and great for vegetarians or vegans or meat eaters. Very reasonably priced. Despite the rainy Derby weekend, our stay at James's Louisville home was absolutely PERFECT! The central location made it easy to get to all the Derby festivities while giving us a warm, dry haven to return to after the races. The eclectic artwork throughout the house created such a unique atmosphere - each room offered something new to discover and appreciate. James was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This gem in Louisville turned our rainy Derby weekend into a memorable experience. I stayed at Daniel’s place during the bourbon tour visit and absolutely loved it. It’s a super cute house, very clean, good location, and easily accessible. I highly recommend it to other guests!

Very nice home, great for kids, friendly, flat yard front & back, nice & new kitchen with everything you need to cook. Close to supermarkets, Target, restaurants & shopping.

This was the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The house is a very solid and well-built old house that has been beautifully and tastefully restored. It is on a busy road but because of the quality of the house you don’t hear the cars passing (and the traffic is not bad). The house is well-stocked and has everything you want. The mattresses, linens and towels are new and first-rate. It is in a great location for taking walks and is near Cherokee park and the waterworks. It is an easy drive to St Matthews and Bardstown Road. Just a perfect spot.
