East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

The condo was gorgeous and we felt very much at home. A lot of rentals have just a single ikea-style sofa; this condo had an extremely large sofa with chaise, which was so comfortable to relax in and enjoy watching tv at the end of a beach day. Location is perfect - you have the bay right in front of the building and the ocean just across the street. There’s also a coffee shop a few feet away which we walked to every morning. One thing to note (this did not bother us at all) is that the restaurant next door has live music until 1am on the weekends and their customers can be very loud at the end of the night - the parking lot is right off the balcony. This was not a problem for us and the owner does warn you about this in his listing, so we were already expecting it. He considerately provides a sound machine in case you’re a light sleeper. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And we love that it’s pet friendly too!

This stay is a total gem. From the moment you walk in, it’s enchanting. Easy entry with a code, and the retractable projector is a game-changer for creating an open space when not in use. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need—gold silverware, sleek cups, sharp knives, and even coffee! Plenty of storage throughout, with clever baskets under the beds. The lounge in the garage is perfect for movie nights or playing horror games, thanks to an amazing sound system and TV setup. The upstairs is a play haven for kids, while the bathrooms have thoughtful extras like shampoo and conditioner (that worked for my curly hair) and even tampons. The location is ideal—restaurants, a farmers market, and small market are all within walking distance, and shopping at Tanger outlets or grocery stores is a short drive. Whether you're here for a family getaway or a fun retreat with friends, this home offers a true escape. Highly recommended!

We LOVED staying here for a quick weekend trip. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient, and the condo itself was beautiful! It was very clean and well-maintained, and the pool deck and other amenities were wonderful. We didn’t have any issues as Gail was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out instructions! I could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again during peak season!

Chuck met us when we arrived. We were early but he most graciously let us in. Chuck was extremely personable and welcoming. The space was better than I expected. Very private and comfortable. We so appreciated Chuck's flexibility regarding turning off the aircon. (We aren't fans.) You won't regret staying here.

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the little touches like the robes, ear plugs and sleep masks. I would 100% recommend this place!

This was a perfect little condo on the far end of Dewey. Close to some of my favorite bar’s & restaurants. Also essentially attached to the Dewey Post, great breakfast spot. Easy access to the bayside beach and a short walk to the ocean. The condo itself had just about everything you needed to complete a great stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

This is a great value for a simple weekend trip at the beach. The location is great, and the room has everything we needed. We also loved the little outdoor space with a picnic table. The only thing I want to remind future travelers is that probably because the room is too close to the HVAC unit, there’s a constant noise coming from the vent. If you’re a light sleeper it might bother you.
