Vacation rentals in Independencia Province

Fantastic place and an outstanding, caring host! On our first day in the Dominican Republic, before we had a chance to get our bearings, we drove directly from the airport to Rosina's place. I cannot overemphasize how helpful Rosina was with her recommendations, from places to visit to where to get groceries. The property is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the river. Check-in was as easy as it could be. There are many lovely places to explore in the area, including the waterfall with several cascades where you can swim, and Enriquillo Lake—a unique saltwater lagoon teeming with birds. The stillness of the water, with its sleepy crocodiles, forms a stark contrast to the lively bird activity. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the last five miles of the drive if it’s raining, but there’s nothing too challenging.

La verdad es que me costó decidirme por ver alguna reseña que decía problemas con el agua pero nada más lejos de la realidad, el agua genial, la limpieza impecable y lo mejor sin duda la proximidad del anfitrión y que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, sin duda volveremos pronto . Gracias .
