BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT FACING THE SEA AND POOL, a comfortable and complete space. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, social bathroom, planned kitchen, dining room and gourmet balcony with barbecue. Bed and bath linens are NOT INCLUDED. During the renovation, we painted the entire apartment, changed the cabinets and mirrors in the bathrooms, new single mattress, changed the doorknobs, cleaned the sofa, bought beach chairs, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter and air fryer. Our Airbnb is located just a few steps away from the sea, right in the heart of Caraguatatuba. It's close to some of the most important tourist attractions in the city, such as scenic viewpoints and beaches. The apartment is brand new, spacious and very cozy. In addition to the breathtaking view, the balcony also has a Brazilian barbecue grill. Our place is equipped with absolutely everything our guests might need to feel right at home and have a very comfortable stay.
